Refund Policy

At SmartSense Security, we strive to provide the best possible products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be times when a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy carefully.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Our refund policy applies to all physical and digital products, and services that we offer, except for those explicitly noted as non-refundable. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within two days of recieving the item. After three days, we will no longer offer a refund.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of our decision within 5-7  business days. If your refund request is approved, we will refund your purchase price to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Conditions for Refunds:

All refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Physical products must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

 

  • Digital products must be unopened and unused.

 

  • Services must not have been used, and must be cancelled within [XX] days of purchase.

 

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

  • Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase.

 

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards

 

  • Digital products that have been opened or used

 

  • Services that have been used

 

  • Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer

 

  • Products that were purchased from a third-party seller

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
